MungBeanz is a vegetarian food blog by Australian journalist Jesse Kuch. Based in the lush tropical paradise of Cairns, but frequently travelling both Australia and the globe, Jesse seeks to find the best vegetarian food in a world full of carnivores.

Papparedelle Pasta at Sea Level Food & Wine at the Rydges Tradewinds in Cairns. Ricotta and goats cheese, sage butter, pine nuts, muscatel grapes & aged balsamic vinigarette. Their vegetarian menu is very limited (read: this is pretty much it bar a few salads and sides), but it was very nice and they have a fantastic view of the Cairns esplanade waterfront. Their cocktails are also rather enticing.
